How does the ticket validity period work?

Thank you for letting us know. As explained during activation, the ticket you received is valid for a shorter period than the total duration of your card. Once the ticket expires, you can generate another one for the same duration.

For example, if you have a three-day card, you will initially receive a ticket valid for 24 hours. Once those 24 hours have elapsed, you can generate a new ticket by clicking “Redeem a Ticket” again in your confirmation email or in login area.
